Horrible. I made the appointment 1 month prior. Not an easy task for me to go to this appointment, I needed to take the afternoon off for this appointment and find work coverage also . Showed up for my 2:00pm appointment at 1:50 only to find the door locked. A gentleman who worked in the building informed me me that he believed that she was gone fire the day.
