Park was recently purchased in February of 2026. They raised the rent $75 which includes your Spectrum now. Trash and water was already included. Basing their comparisons with Montgomery county lot rents but yet the park is in Clark county. My family would have rated this 4* instead of three before the transfer of property. 4* because of the on-site manager who needs more tactfulness when letting people know about policies.
