Boone and Lainey are the best. Mea is such an amazing person and is so kind and she is always willing to help out with any issues! Such a great office team!
I hate to give this place one star because it has such potential but its been a very dissapointing experience. Since january, every single maitnence issue i hve called about has been left unresolved. I have been repeatedly gaslit by the maitnence team if maitnence issues are REAL or not. The paint on all of the sinks, tubs, counters immediantly began peeling off less than 24hrs after move in. Maitnence saw no issue with the shower lining peeling off in large sheets after a single use of the shower. There are roaches. The ac ... read more
We had a unique situation today that was handled immediately! Stan came into our apartment and was unbelievably helpful and kind! It was a pleasure to meet him and we are glad to know we are in good hands at this apartment complex ❤️
Three times since I moved in I've had no hot water. Not to mention my apartment was not properly cleaned before move in. I give props to maintenance for switching the outlets in my sons room. But these standards based on the rent are unacceptable
I have lived here for years now, front desk staff is amazingly friendly and helpful. Maintenance workers are great as well.
