Amazing staff, very easy to work with and they always get maintenance done as soon as possible. Any issue I've had has always had a quick and easy solution. I did a lot of research before choosing this apartment and I'm pleasently surprised at how much better it has been than my previous one.
I moved out just last month for new work. If Groton itself weren’t so quiet and sparse with things to do, I’d have stayed in a heartbeat! If you find yourself living in Groton, absolutely go after these apartments. The management team is so lovely and have always been transparent with us on policy, maintenance projects, timelines and fees. The amenities are decent, except for the fitness center which has nice equipment but is really small. The pool is A+ tier though. 2009-2015 Always a great time staying here for me and my family. The staff was always good to us and many of my neighbors. The year round pool, racquetball courts, tennis courts, hot tub, showers, and sauna was always well taken care of. The grounds were always manicured very well. I’ve hosted some many of my two kids(young adults now) birthday parties/pool parties here. I also held a First Aid/CPR/AED cert class here. All that I hosted here was the best.
I have lived in countryglenn apartments for nearly 10 years. The apartments are very spacious and well maintained ( both apartment equipments as well all outdoor landscape). Moreover, the leasing office members : Jackie , Amy and Robin are very friendly, kind and considerate. The maintenance team is also very responsive when it comes to any maintenance related issues. I lived here for 3 years and I cannot say enough good things about it. The apartments are amazing, spacious and clean. The response time for maintenance is amazing and the leasing house staff is by far the best group of ladies I’ve ever dealt with. Amy and Jackie are sweet, attentive, and involved with their tenants. They always sent notices weeks in advance for any maintenance in the complex, and made sure to keep everyone aware of any last minute changes.
