I called from out of state to order birthday flowers for delivery in Eleanor. The person on the phone was very patient and helpful. I ordered late yesterday afternoon and they were delivered today. The arrangement is much bigger than it looks in the photo, and the recipient was in the yard when they arrived. Post-surgery, the recipient is on lifting restrictions. The lady who delivered offered to carry them inside for her! Now that’s customer service!
