You know what I find weird, the comment about the fire 5 years ago was erased, another fire happened on January 24th claiming the lives of 2 children and their mom leaving the family devastated 💔 because apparently they don't maintain anything, wires! You should all be ashamed what a disgrace

Extremely rude called up the office to ask for some information on renting an apartment. And had a woman who was rude said collections stay on your credit for life which is a lie. I always pay my rent on time and I am in miami which is more expensive area. Cannot imagine living there.

Board of directors here for the association treat renting tenants like garage and think they can verbally harass residents. Pretty sure this is a criminal enterprise as all board member condos property values are listed 30K less than non member units. Should be investigated for fraudulent activity! 2 years after my original post and I need to add the office staff attempt to extort money from tenants and the vice president of the board is the nastiest woman I've ever encountered. Don't buy units here and don't rent here.
