Was interested in Renting so i Came here to Read up on Renters Experience and 90% of the Reviews are Bad and Same pretty much the same things...HARD PASS! I Wouldn't dare even CALL to inquire at this point..Im a Great,Clean Tenant..Respectful- & prefer the same in my Landlord...Yall need to get it together, ALL these folk arent Lying...👎👎
This place is ridiculous. They try to charge you for HOA fees saying you are late and I paid them. The doors need to be replaced and if you own the condo you have to get the door they want and paint it the ugly brown color. They worry more about large garbage sitting near the dumpster than people breaking into your car. And when we tell them that their lawn service broke our window their reply was well at least you didn’t get broken into and DO NOT reimburse you for having to replace the window that their lawn service broke.
You know what I find weird, the comment about the fire 5 years ago was erased, another fire happened on January 24th claiming the lives of 2 children and their mom leaving the family devastated 💔 because apparently they don't maintain anything, wires! You should all be ashamed what a disgrace
