RecommendedI have lived here for nearly a year. I love it here I have made so many good friends that are so much fun. The staff is awesome , and take such good care of the residents. They really care about us and will try their best to please us We are in lock down now and they are doing everything
My parents moved here after living in another Assisted Living facility and they are much happier at Jamestowne. We have been very pleased with the supports provided for them and I would recommend them to anyone needing Assisted Living for themselves or a loved one.
You don’t always get what you see. The place is wonderful from the outside, but the care is not what it should be. We have spent 20k on my grandmas care in 4 months here. She just lost her husband 4 months ago, and needed a place to live with assistance. Today we were called and told we had until 5pm to come pick her up (in the midst of the corona virus) no warning, no notice, nothing!
