reserved a handicap room 3 months in advance arrived none available, wasn't told this until after they ran my credit card, bed was so high up my 5ft 5 inch wife needed help getting up into the bed. front desk didn't care, was told i could go elsewhere if i was unhappy. no offer of refund.
The room pictures are out of date. The rooms are dusty and filthy. Never again!
Loved my stay at Country Garden and Suite in Benton, Illinois! The rooms are spotless and newly renovated. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and the shower had great water pressure. Breakfast was hot and tasty—perfect way to start the day. It’s super convenient being right off I-57, and I was surprised to find a little casino inside too. Great value and great experience!
I would never stay there again. It's run down, my door wouldn't lock and it felt unsafe. They don't allow refunds either.
I stayed in a King room at Country Garden & Suites in Benton, IL, and it was very comfortable and clean. The Wi-Fi worked great, and the password was easy to use — no issues connecting. The front desk staff was super friendly and welcoming, which made check-in quick and pleasant. I also appreciated having a working clock in the room — it’s a small detail, but it made a difference.
