I would never stay there again. It's run down, my door wouldn't lock and it felt unsafe. They don't allow refunds either.
I stayed in a King room at Country Garden & Suites in Benton, IL, and it was very comfortable and clean. The Wi-Fi worked great, and the password was easy to use — no issues connecting. The front desk staff was super friendly and welcoming, which made check-in quick and pleasant. I also appreciated having a working clock in the room — it’s a small detail, but it made a difference. Place was clean, bed was comfortable, and staff was friendly. Best hotel for miles.
It's a very run-down hotel. You have to enter through a gas station to access it. It's hard to take a shower when the cold water barely turns on. A bar of soap is still in the shower from the last guest.
