On Monday called the flower shop with a special request a bit out of the ordinary type of arrangement that they usually make. The staff was so accommodating and went out of their way on a short notice in order to get goodies to make the basket and ensured that it was ready for pickup the next morning. Now this is excellent service beyond! Thank you so much and it was a beautiful basket!
Although the front desk guy looks a bit dumb, but they know what they are doing, the bouquet I bought is so beautiful, they indeed made my day.
UPDATE: Almost a year later and the Kalanchoe has been blooming non-stop & the blooms are now very pink (see photo). I placed a delivery order for the Olivia Garden Plant. I realize that the plants may look a bit different than what is advertised due to what is available in the store, however, I was disappointed with what was delivered. I was expecting some colour and a nice pot. If the pot isn't included it should really be stated somewhere. Delivered next day which was good, but not as advertised.
