A few weeks ago, I found myself in a insurance situation that needed an immediate solution. I got Sam’s # from one of his very satisfied customers. I called his office # just before lunch. He returned my call very quickly and I had a new house and auto insurance policy locked in by supper. In approx 6 hours my situation was resolved. Sam is completely dedicated to his customer’s needs! Terrible experience with this lender. I’m retired military & have purchased 4 homes in the past with this being my worst experience yet. I was referred to her locally to compare my current rate already provided by Pen Fed. Kim Phillips never provided me a rate quote, yet secured my banking info, went online to the VA to secure a COE (without my permission) and never called me back. Jake and his staff provide incredible customer service and love that I love that I can have all of my insurance and investment products all with him and he is always willing to answer any questions I have and make certain I am taken care of!
