Great place and great agent Karen has been our agent for over 20 years now and we would not go anywhere else she has been very responsive and always working hard to get you the best rate I would highly recommend her for all your insurance needs and the staff in her office is amazing and friendly I give her 5 stars
Karen has been doing this for a long time and has always been on top of things. She's great and never tries to upsell. She's very upfront and honest and discusses options in an easy way to understand. I would highly recommend.
Great customer service. Was quick and simple to add insurance to second vehicle. Has been are agent for over 20 years with outstanding service.
Called for a quote and she never answers phone then calls back. She said would get a quote and call back within hour and never does. Customer service is not a priority to her so please do not use Karen for your insurance needs.
