Terrible experience with this lender. I’m retired military & have purchased 4 homes in the past with this being my worst experience yet. I was referred to her locally to compare my current rate already provided by Pen Fed. Kim Phillips never provided me a rate quote, yet secured my banking info, went online to the VA to secure a COE (without my permission) and never called me back.
