Dose not respond in a timely manner, even when I do leave a vm. When I call the office and someone answers I am surprised. As soon at my claim closes I for sure will be shopping for a complete new company for insurance.
Never answers the phone I’ve been trying to pay my insurance for a while now and the 866 number isn’t a help either.
Kris and his office assistant never answer our calls or when on a rare occasion someone does answer we never get our issue solved or a call back when asked for it. This has been an ongoing issue for over a year. Not impressed and super frustrated. I would give 0 stars if it would allow me to.
Always prompt service, called and requesting cards while purchasing a vehicle and they arrived by Email 30 seconds later. Best rates. Been with them for over 10 years.
We are currently transferring to a new representative. Kris or his assistant never answer the phone or return messages. We have tried on several occasions to call/leave a message and never receive a call back. I end up using the 1-800 to get our issues solved, not sure why we have a local rep id they never seem to be around?! I do appreciate the staff on the 1-800 number, they quickly and professionally address our issues. This review is only for the representative in Lebanon, Oregon.
