I have had Country for years, and Steve has been a very big reason. He listens to me and understands my needs. He offers helpful suggestions, explains things well, and isn't pushy. Steve and his office staff are very responsive when I have questions/issues. I also recently had a very positive experience with Country on a property damage claim.
