Did not seem to think the Annual Review was important but found an increase of $141/mo later. My husband left messages for clarification of increase but agent failed to respond. No tickets nor accidents. Country seems to not be very friendly to youthful drivers.Changes are in order.
We absolutely love Jim, he makes us feel like we have been long time friends. Makes insurance a breeze.
