My family was new to the modular home idea and the staff at country fair homes was second to none walking us thru the whole process,they was very knowledgeable about the product they was selling and made our desicison very easy. Would deffently recommend them to anyone who was in the modular home market and would drffently use them again!
Terrible. Stay as far away as possible. Almost a year from start to finish. We have been in since April and have a ton of things still not correct.they will not return calls,fix issues. Looks like an inexperienced person finished our upstairs. Too many issues to list,but the salesman was less then honest, owner doesn't respond or seem concerned with our issues.worst experience ever. Looks like we will have to obtain our own lawyer to get things right. Very disappointed.
I honestly can't say too many good things about this retailer. When we started our home buying process we were told it was a 12 week turn around time. We ordered our house in march and were not able to move in until August. Communication was less then desirable through the entire process. Deadlines were never met when they said they would. We felt slightly taken advantage of when it came to specific equipment that was supposed to be installed only to be replaced with cheaper equipment.
