Live here now, been here around 3 years. One of the poorer decisions I've made. Owner and management are not people you want in your life just to be nice about it. The yard you have you can't do anything with, very strict rules. Water is brown 80 percent of the time, even has a nasty oily foam type stuff in it. We have one of the nicest homes and breaker trip over everything. Can't even run a fan and vacuum on same breaker. The guy who finishes the homes doent know what a coping saw is.
