The owners and the property manager Anestis make agreements that they don’t follow through with. We are the neighbors of this property and have had words on assistance with their overgrowth into our property for a new fence at the end of discussions, they were supposed to assist with the cleanup and disposal, and NONE of it came to fruition, and now we have heard that they offered to assist us in the building of the fence, which is so far from the truth. these people are out for themselves and claim to try and have good rela... read more
Nice place with pool management has shifted and been very responsive when issues arise
I had such high hopes for this place. Now it’s just disappointment and deep regret. Completely misled. This is not a safe or respectable place to live. Save your money and precious time. Unless you want to live with filth, liars, and neighbors who threaten you and your family’s safety and peace of mind. As long as the rent is paid, they can care less. No regard or consideration for human life and decency.
My boyfriend and I lived here for almost 2yrs. I've never been around a more petty, invasive group of people. We have been harassed multiple times. The grounds are never maintained and the buildings haven't been updated since the 70s. I think a prison is less strict than this place. You will never have free will here or be able to live comfortably. I would stay far FAR away from this place. Unless you are single,lonely and have no aspirations or fun. This is not the place for you..... 2yrs is too long.
