Contacted by email; got an initial reply. Used their online service scheduler to set up repair of my lawnmower. No reply. Contacted 3 more times. Ghosted. No reply whatsoever. If they can't do the repair, they should just say so. This is no way to run a business. No excuses.
Gave make & model numbers, promises to check, gave up so I made a simple request ! If I bring in an old belt, determine length, can you provide a new one. "NO, it would take forever to measure the belts we have."
Took my lawnmower in told them I needed my carburetor cleaned without hesitating he said a tuneup without thinking I said yeah I got a call a few days later went and picked it up when I went to pay I asked him how did the carburetor look? He said good took it home. Made a pass and a half shut down would not stay running took it back The next day asked him again. The carburetor looked good. He once again said yes it looked good.
