Overall I think the staff at this clinic is good. Jennifer, one of the Vet Techs is very friendly, understanding, and knowledgeable. Jennifer the Vet, is wonderful, caring, and knowledgeable as well. They seem to be in the business because they truly love and care about animals. The receptionist is a bit snobby and rude though, I must say.

The service at this clinic is awful, the office staff and vet techs are unfriendly and astoundingly rude. Its amazing this place has managed to stay in business.
