I have been coming to this clinic for almost 10 years and never once had an issue with the front desk staff. In the past, the receptionists have always been patient, respectful, and helpful, which is why this experience was so shocking. At my most recent visit, I was met with unnecessary hostility and rudeness from the receptionist, who asked questions in a demeaning and dismissive manner. Unfortunately, after 15+ years with a wonderful Dr there, it is now their policy to not prescribe any new ongoing prescriptions for pain medication (Opiates). Seriously wrong. It's a shame.
This clinic and the doctors at it far surpass any I service I have ever received anywhere else. They are amazing at getting me in on the same day when needed. They have helped with my mental health along with my physical health. I am extremely grateful to be a patient at this clinic and will continue to use country doctor for all my health needs in the future! A special thank you to every staff member there :)
Emma Makoba MD was amazing. She has incredible bedside manner and genuinely wants to help. Navigating the medical system can be so draining and Country Doctors is a breath of fresh air.
