Just because a business contains the words ‘non-profit community health’ does not mean it is a safe space. It is always okay to have a second person in the room with you when you see a medical provider. In the establishment, I encourage it as a given. Nice better than anything in east Washington
The customer service is very unhelpful and also very rude. The providers don't really seem to take sending in prescriptions or making referrals, seriously even for significant medical concerns. However, if you have medical trauma from outright hostility and abusive language from your providers in the past that probably won't happen here, just don't expect anything to happen in a timely manner, especially not without having to relentlessly follow up.
Both female ARNPs that I have had the displeasure of seeing here have been so incredibly incompetent. Their bedside Manner is absolutely terrible. Just avoid this place. Huge waste of time energy and money.
