I don't know why there's so many reviews about the owner being "nice" and "friendly". It has been years since I've been there and he is the reason. He's condescending and one of the rudest people I've ever met. I've never met anyone who has said nice things about him in person so it makes me wonder about the legitimacy of the reviews. But then again, I like to bike as a hobby and I'm not as professional like him so maybe I'm not elite enough to talk to him. He sure made me feel like it.
The owner is AMAZING, he was so friendly, took care of my bike . Worked around my schedule and got it done fast since I was doing a ride in Georgia. Totally recommend this place . !!!! He even got there earlier before his shop opened since he knew we were leaving. Tood me about some other rides in the area since we haven’t been in Missouri long. HIGHLY recommend this to anyone. Thanks for taking the time for me .
Great shop. The owner was more than willing to share his knowledge and experience in a courteous but frank manner, which I appreciated. I was there to ask questions about ebikes and he was very helpful. I plan to return soon!

I would give no stars if I could. But you have to give at least one which they don't deserve. I've called Asking for tubes said he didn't have my size but I could use 2 of them in the same rim to make the size. And now, their arrogant and don't even want to listen to what you have to say about what needs fixed. I wouldn't call these guys go to Cape. There are a lot better.
