I would not recommend this company to my worst enemy. The salesman in the Monroe, WI. area will tell you anything to sell you a mobile home. They say you get free lot rent when you purchase a home but then change it and tell you later you still owe taxes for that month. They tell you that your taxes on a newer home will not increase much, even though they know they are going to be significantly higher.
