This business has gone straight downhill since the best vet Dr. Sharp left and moved to another practice. Honestly, I understand why. I had taken my dogs to Country Critters for years but things just gradually declined until the unspeakable happened. My dog had an emergency and I had called and left a message first thing on a Monday morning to try to get her in. My call was never returned. Terrible all the way around. No one to work there, Brandy treats employees, customers and patients with zero care or respect. Prices continue to rise while quality care plummets. Do not bring your pet here, they charged me for tests they never completed and made my dog suffer not to return my call until the end of the day to tell me the vet, her husband was “on vacation for a week with no relief vet.” They don’t care about you or your pets.

Terrible experience, terrible staff. Brandy is the office manager and she is rude, unprofessional and inept. They don't answer their phones, they don't return calls, they could care less about your pets if they die
