This place was truly awful. I would leave zero stars if it was an option. I brought my dog to get his rabies shots, and the whole experience was terrible. When they gave him his shot, they gave me no warning or the person who was holding him any warning, and hurt him. He yelped, and the needle went flying across the room. The assistant said "you should've just used the same medicine that was on the floor and just replaced the needle." That's disgusting and absolutely unacceptable behavior. Do not recommend this place even a little. Vet was extremely careless and even hurt my dog when giving him a shot due to not paying attention. If you care about your animal stay away.
Have been going to country critters since they first opened. Took my cat because she was very congested. On the phone, when I was making the appointment, the receptionist asked if I wanted to get the rabie shot. I said no. It's not recommended for a cat to get any vaccines when they are that congested. When I took her in this morning, she asked me again about the rabie shot again. I said no. The vet came in without asking me and gave the cat a rabie shot.
