We went on holiday and needed a live in carer for a week. What was a disappointed when we came back as a carer left a disgusting condition with all poo bits around the Commo, plus the toilet with all poo yellow on t toilet seat. Kitchen was messy and dirty, all the tea cup yellow with no wash. All the house smelly. Carer self order more junk food for herself, and invoiced us. Left fruits we ordered mouldy, Chicken fillets just roasted and left in t fridge until we came back is 7days later. didnt feed our mum. Dont know why? ... read more
I have nothing but praise for the Country Cousins team . Very well organised and the two carers,Helen and Caroline did a fantastic job looking after my sister.They were incredibly kind and supportive.
Couldn't recommend highly enough, Friendly and compassionate. Carers are vetted well, and staff is always happy to help!
