I recently planned a reunion with a few college friends and our families. Country Cottages was perfect. The grounds and accommodations are beautiful and well kept. The owner Bonnie went above and beyond to make sure our stay was great. She helped us with trying to secure a boat rental (we decided not to do it) and my kids loved that she gave them an ice pop on a hot day. We had a wonderful stay at Country Cottages! We booked last minute and were so pleasantly surprised — our cabin was freshly updated, extremely clean, and felt so cozy and comfortable. The amenities were a huge bonus — we made great use of the gas grills, the pool was perfect for cooling off, and the playground was great for our little one. The whole property was peaceful and well taken care of. It ended up being the perfect little getaway, and we’d definitely come back again!

We have been to the Country Cottages 2 years in a row and have told all of our friends and family about it. We love it so much. The grounds and cabins are very clean and comfortable. There is so much to do for kids of all ages (we have had kids aged 2-14). Our kids and their cousins were busy from sun up until well after sun down!
