We moved my father-in-law into this facility in Dec. 2014 because we thought it seemed more cozy and less formal than the other places we checked out. It has truly been a diasaster from the beginning. First of all they promised several services that never happened. While we were being recruited we were told they would make sure he got haircuts, doctor visits, and trips to the store to buy toiletries and other necessities. None of that happened.
