The facility is under new owners. There used to be someone there during the day. Now there is no one there. Just a sign saying they are out of the office. (Permanently it seems) They started charging an extra fee for insurance above the contract rate. Even though I am paid via autopay and have the receipt of payment the key codes would not work. Now must talk to some remote person who admitted they did not have any local people to help me. It is now 2nd day and codes still don’t work. I will search for a new option.
