A family member stayed here and the room was absolutely disgusting full of mould and Roaches the service was also very unfriendly un helpful I don’t recommend anyone staying in this filth

Don't stay here. Buy a tent instead. If the staff are being nice they're being sly. The surcharges are through the roof and a lot of rooms have leaky holes in the roof. They will go out of their way to make sure you're uncomfortable. You get a microwave and kettle for cooking and that's if they work. You'll be better off homeless especially since their night Watchman likes to creep about trying to look threw windows. Extra creepy and money hungry

Must be super proud of your staff who treat people this way who are trying to get help with emergency accommodation when told they don’t want to stay at your establishment. This is just a snippet of this person’s comments, and apparently they are working tonight (14/03/26) which they stated in another comment not shown in pictures provided. Disgraceful behaviour and I hope everyone steers clear of here as clearly you aren’t a welcoming place with staff members like this.
