Don't make promises when it can't be met. Scheduled two different times to just get tires changed and alignment. We came at 8:30 and dropped the vehicle off and came back in two hours. The vehicle hadn't been touched! After we were told to come in at this specific time when the other day we waited for 3 1/2 hours to get the tires changed!!!!
