The business is just not the same since Patrick took over the family business. We used to get a very professional level of service but Patrick delegates the services to staff who are incompetent. We were 4 weeks into the season with the pool still unuseable, and finally had to switch to an outfit with some competence. On top of that we got a bill for the first two weeks of the season for almost $1,400 - absolutely insane.
