The pool opening I scheduled with Country Cllub went badly. My wife and I usually open the pool, but we are dealing with arthritis, sciatica,etc. so decided to hire Country Club to handle the chore this year and paid them in advance. They simply pulled the cover off, dumping a winter's worth of leaves and contaminated water into the pool. The cover was folded up without even being rinsed. I am now faced with even more work than if they hadn't showed up and I'm out $350 to boot. I called, but have received no response.
