I have lived in the Country Club Mobile Estates for 15 years and I can promise you if you buy a mobile home here you will regret it!!! The rent lot rent is outrageous and it goes up every year 20-40 dollars. The rules are ridiculous and the manager is unwilling to work with you on anything. It is also impossible to get ahold of her because they have a stupid answering service. You cannot have guests come to your home because there is nowhere for them to park and their vehicle will be towed. They will put stickers on your veh... read more
