Beautiful community. Affordable, well managed and maintained. Friendly residents. Close to medical. Convenient and walkable to shopping.

If you purchase an older unit, beware the electrical service. The old services when the place first opened were 100 amp rated for RVs. If a service panel is upgraded to a higher amperage service like many are, the result could be over load in the best case and fire in the worst. There doesn't seem to be any authority to oversee this in Lake County. My electrical panel had a sticker from a pest service not a green sticker from an electrical inspector. Buyer beware !
