Reserved a 14-16 person party bus. Confirmed with them a few days in advance. Pickup was set for 4pm and at noon on day of event they called to say bus wasn’t running. They tried to find another but only came back with something that looked like a field trip bus and wanted to charge us more. So we were left with nothing 4 hours before event. Then when I mentioned the issue to a friend she said the same company did the same thing to her a year before.
