I have to agree with all the negative reviews. I was also switched over from a previous company. My issues with them are; the quality of their service is poor, their billing practices are shady at best and their customer service terrible. I am paying my last bill for lawn cutting and leaf clean up for $739. However, now I need to get out there with my own leaf blower because there are plenty of leaves in our mulch beds and corners of the home. Just very sloppy work and suspicious billing. Awful company. They mow our neighbors lawn in about 3 minutes, go over the property line all the time and side shoot the clippings onto our gardens instead of bagging. I've politely complained a couple times to no avail. Use another outfit for your landscaping needs.
This place is a complete joke they don't know the difference between weeds and roses one of the worker ruined my Rose garden.. then had the audacity to get combative when confronted left a message on their answering service yet to receive a call back..... very unprofessional... I had 8 beautiful rare Rose Busch now I only have 2 that are holding on to dear life...
This is the worst company in CT. The owner is rude, very rude. They increased their prices to an unreasonable amount due to gas increase, but then added a gas surcharge to the prices. I asked them to come up with a more reasonable amount to get paid and the owner said she doesnt negotiate with terroist. Don't use this company- just read the other reviews.
