We went there for dinner on a sunday evening with a bunch of family friends, and every one placed their orders. we have two kids with us and asked for two high chairs .. the waitress comes back and says they only have one and the other one is broken .. wow .. Now i ordered Thai Fried rice with chicken, waitress got back with the dish i started eating and well found that some chicken is not cooked to point where its tasty .. so i asked the waitress if they can fry it a little more, and she smilingly takes the plate and walks ... read more

I recently (5/14/16) stayed the night here last minute and it was by far my worst experience for an overnight stay. The pictures make it look way better than it actually is. I should've read the reviews here first. Up on the floor is a disaster. The hallway to our room smelt like cat urine. Any person would've thought to turn around and look for a better place but because it wasn't refundable we chose to stay. When we got into the room it wasn't as pleasant or big as the pictures make it look. There was a big ink stain on ou... read more

This place has the worst parking of anywhere I have ever heard of (for an apartment.) Can't have visitors over cause no parking. Can't park close to apartment or sometimes even in apartment complex at all. Management doesn't care. Besides, crime is on the rise in area and dangerous to walk alone in parking lot at night, so parking far away is extra dangerous. Plenty of other apartments, just go elsewhere and save the hassle. (Like right next door that doesn't have any of those problems.)

I live in Nashboro Village and it is horrible. Its not a safe area at all i have even had someone try to break into my house and when we told the office they acted like they didnt care and all they done was give excuses and tell me what i should and should not do never once did she say im sorry and what they were doing to improve the crime rate in the area but i assure you if you wrote a letter telling them what was wrong then they would have jumped right on it cuz once a week they send letters out telling you what happened ... read more

The apartment landscaping was beautiful. The repair men and staff were helpful and friendly. However, there was a high degree of vagrancy in the complex. Kids between ages 15 and 18 were being allowed to run around jumping on tenant's cars and onto the gables of the second stories. If the sheriff was called and the kids were warned, they would retaliate by breaking furniture and pots in the open patios and egging apartment walls and doors. Apparently the management doesn't take the time to screen just who is coming into this... read more

I have only been living at this apartment complex 2 months and already got a bad taste about the poor management and poor accountant! Being a large company you think they would hire better people to run there property! I can only hope to never deal with the management again! Hopefully this company reads there reviews that people are not happy with the management! The leasing rep's are great they seem to enjoy there jobs and are always very friendly to work with and caring!

The apartments are nice but the headaches of the management and maintenance will overshadow. My worst experience with a complex. So bad I had to break my lease.

Large spacious apartments, at least in the Deerfield neighborhood. However, there are a few things that are a cause for concern. The pool is hardly ever open and when it is, it is often closed as a penalty to the community, due to people who leave it in poor condition. This is unfortunate but everyone is penalized. Golf course is great and is kept in good condition. Work out facilities are small but do have the basics. Tennis courts are a high point for the community with both indoor and outdoor facilities. In general I feel... read more
