Good place to live by and good neighborhood but HOA is a different story
Lived here 22 years. Great common area that backs up to Gresham Golf Course. Spacious condos and affordable!
We have been living here 5 years now and have always paid our HOA and take great care of our home. We love this condo and it’s our first little place together but we’ve become frustrated with the plumbing issues here. We’ve contacted the HOA on four different occasions for sewer back flow issues. Woke up this morning to yet another backflow issue. The building I live in has had numerous different plumbing companies come out to fix plumbing issues. HOA is nothing but invasive scumbags. Homeless people live in the bushes, this is theft central, crackheads make noises all hours of the nights and to be frank the HOA was extremely racist against my partner.
