The Board members make it tough to live there, they really dont have aclue how to operate an association.,plus The maintenance fee is always going up !! I would advise to look elsewhere...
I was renting this place for a while, the office was harassing and discriminating me constantly (Lisa), one of the neighbors from # 4 Ron (25320) was/is a rat/snitch for the office and was terrorizing me (older woman) together with the HOA. I moved out and filed a lawsuit against this HOA. But in general it's not too bad place, all other neighbors were nice and friendly, but still I wouldn't buy a condo there. We’ve lived here since’97, the board was awesome when we moved in, not so much now. Ofc (Lisa & Theresa) are fantastic. They will bend over backwards to help. Recently, got a great maintainence mgr & he is turning the place back to better. The board doesn’t care about the residents, in their small minds we rent from them not own. The place is in a great location, just need better board members.
I've been an upstanding resident since 2007. Every place you may choose to live has ups...downs, but this place is quiet, extremely well-kept and maintained, has a great clubhouse and pool, and management is professional and helpful . Given also its super location, you won't find better for the monet in North Olmsted and surrounding. A must to check out.
My son lives here and rented the cabin and I was surprised on how well keep it is
