The front entrance is dirty, unswept and unprofessional personnel, horrible customer service. I picked up my comforter and other items, the comforter was not cleaned. They charged me $30 to have it cleaned, when I got home and put it on my bed it was clear it had not been cleaned and there were "dust bunnies" from the floor of the cleaners all over the pillow shams.
