My service experience at Black Bear Chrysler Dodge and Jeep was fantastic. The staff was professional and knowledgeable and they completed my oil change very quickly. They informed me I needed new tires but never pressured me into buying anything which I really appreciated. I highly recommend Black Bear Chrysler Dodge and Jeep.
My truck works great and looks fantastic. I wasn’t expecting the truck to be washed and shiny when I got it back. Because of the issues, it was in both the service area and body area. Sometimes when I called it was difficult to get information on the status of the repair because the two areas did not have the same information. The body area was always better at answering my questions. The end result, however, was great. Thank you!
