I have a 2016 Dodge dart that decided to breakdown on me, and I had to have it towed to Black Bear for repair. The problem was due to a faulty part that was under recall since 2019. Problem was that Chrysler Corp has not made a fix for the problem. Black Bear's service department was still able to repair my car. They kept me informed about it from beginning to end. And did the repair for a reasonable amount.
