Just finished a wall demo and electrical job. Everything was done as expected and contracted. Solid contractor - this is our second job with them!

Thanks to Steve's innovative design, we got the back and side decks rebuilt the way we wanted. The work was done on time and within budget. The onsite crew did an outstanding job of cleaning up at the end of each day as well as at the end of the project. The office crew did a great job keeping us updated on what to expect next. We will definitely be contacting Country Club Builder's for future projects!
Steve and company are great. They were on time, every time. I never heard "We'll be back next week" or "We're waiting on materials." They have a schedule and they keep to it. The finished product was outstanding. When we sold our home, the most positive comments we received were on the remodeling done by Country Club. I'd use them again for any job.
My wife and I purchased a house built in 1924 located off Metcalf Ave in OP KS. It should come as no surprise that older homes sometimes have hidden issues, but the bones of this house sold us on the risk. The first step was getting an Architect involved to help with a plan. You can plan on double the time they tell you for the remodel and considerable cost over runs.

This is a customer that refused to pay for the work performed. We are currently suing them for non-payment. It is not surprising that they are negative in their comments as they have promised to remove their comments if we drop our lawsuit.
