Place is literally horrible Laundry rooms have 2 washers and dryer for a total of 4 for 150+ people Do not move here My rent has been increased twice in the three years that I have lived here from 1200 to 1400 crazy considering they’ve done. Nothing to the units to improve livability and on top of that they don’t take care of the pest problems(German roaches) I’m currently saving up to move out of here but as a current resident unless you have absolutely no other choice do not move here
Mike And his daughter are good people. You get what you pay for. He does more than what is expected from a land lord. I have no complaints.

UPDATE AUGUST 2024: Whoever is posting this and creating this listing is misleading people. It has rodent and infestation issue of roaches and rodents. Its has lead paint, mold in the walls as well as asbestos, Most of the units are not up to date like the ones in the pictures Id imagine this is one of the employees units rather then the one you'll get. I doubt this is a accurate or fair depiction. They have painted the outside of the building and doors, painted the mailboxes, painted the gates around the pools and even pain... read more
