If i could give 0 stars i would they have roaches bad A dangerous mold problem my friend has mushrooms growing out of his wall the mold is so bad.He has lost so much of him and his children belongings because of mold but he will be able to buy it all back when hes done with them as well as have the place shut down as it shouldve been a long time ago.
Place is literally horrible Laundry rooms have 2 washers and dryer for a total of 4 for 150+ people Do not move here My rent has been increased twice in the three years that I have lived here from 1200 to 1400 crazy considering they’ve done. Nothing to the units to improve livability and on top of that they don’t take care of the pest problems(German roaches) I’m currently saving up to move out of here but as a current resident unless you have absolutely no other choice do not move here
Mike And his daughter are good people. You get what you pay for. He does more than what is expected from a land lord. I have no complaints.
