Went to pick up my clothes today and they were "gone." No apology from staff. It was at least 2 of my favorite dresses and they said I had dropped them off in October and since it had been 6 months, "they donated them." I'm appalled. No call, no nothing. Just took my clothes and donated them. Definitely won't be going back. That's a lazy approach to customer service.

If you drop off early you get your stuff that evening. I recommend them to anyone needing a cleaners. Especially quick service, but done right.
