This company makes promises they cannot keep. Once they cannot meet those promises, they will lie to cover themselves. My furniture is always very well cleaned, however, the customer service is terrible. The lady that answered the phone hung up on me twice while I was trying to explain how I felt and what was told to me. I called one week ago. She told me my couch would be finished by Christmas. My house was out of control! Called Country Clean. Carol came out the next day and assessed what I wanted done. Which was basically a Spring Cleaning! I needed /wanted anything and everything wiped down and carpet cleaned! Scheduled quickly! With in a few days! The ladies that came were awesome! The carpet which was horrible in my eyes now looks spectacular! They will be back to clean again! I plan on using them every 2 months to make sure my house does not get out of control again! Highly recommend!
Recently used Country Clean for a moving project. Carol and her staff were a pleasure to work with! Her guys took great care of my furniture! They were professional, courteous and very patient with me, while I chose the placement of things! I would definitely use them again!
