stepped into a quick delivery home. I would've preferred finished driveway, have power next to electric panel in basement, bedrooms to have lights etc Be sure to stay on top of repairs for the first 10 months Our dishwasher gave us trouble from day one Our ceiling had a big leak while we were still under warranty. And the fireplace had an issue. When we put tickets in, Country classics refused to fix these issues

I have been living in a Country Classics home for 18 years now. The builder has a great reputation and deservingly so. The community is very desirable and resale value is high and in demand. Never had any issues with my home even after renovating everything when the bare bones gets revealed and will gladly buy another home for this builder if they ever build a 55 and over community in Central NJ.

Avoid this builder totally!! Over hyped and extremely poor service. Visited this builder couple of times and the sales person sent us to look at a home which was over priced (with poor quality material used) and the 2nd floor was closed for viewing but he did not care to mention to us. They charge higher than toll brothers but the quality of construction is worse than a low priced builder!!
