Builder was friendly, responsive and easy to work with, BUT, in the end I got a cheaply built home. I upgraded to the most expensive floor and it's obviously the leftovers that the big flooring companies sells cheap at discount places, lots of holes in it and weird discolorations. My bath tub sags when I add water to it so the grout between tub and tile is all cracked. Builder was friendly, responsive and easy to work with but in the end I got a cheaply built home. stepped into a quick delivery home. I would've preferred finished driveway, have power next to electric panel in basement, bedrooms to have lights etc Be sure to stay on top of repairs for the first 10 months Our dishwasher gave us trouble from day one Our ceiling had a big leak while we were still under warranty. And the fireplace had an issue. When we put tickets in, Country classics refused to fix these issues

I just had to hear a story about how my father was treated while working for this company. Terrible. These are terrible people.
