I brought my 1998 Monaco Windsor to them to find a water leak at the rear ac. They went above and beyond in finding and repairing the leak(s). Everyone I came in contact with at this business was friendly, helpful, and professional, and it was obvious they care about their customers. Thanks! Pat G.
This business and employees and owners are awesome. Had a problem with my t-stat and it was out of warranty but they replaced it on their dime. I can’t say how happy I am about all the work they did for me. Paint work interior work and complete new roof,just over all professional service. Gail who runs the office is a sweetheart and she knows her job. Thanks so much for everything your company has done for me.
Cracked the windshield on my Thor Ace. Called them. We were told the soonest we could bring our rig in was in 1 month, and they would call us when the shop was ready to do the work. 6 weeks later we called them and was told we had to wait another 3 weeks. Finally got the RV into the shop. A week later they said the new windshield broke after the install. So they needed to order another windshield and wait for the warranty claim to be processed on that windshield. Another 2 weeks and we finally got our rig back. Never again !... read more
