I’ve had multiple negative experiences at this business. I previously left a critical review in the hope of resolving the issues, but instead of addressing them, they accused me of trying to slander their business. Everything I stated was factual. They have repeatedly tried to discredit and dismiss my concerns rather than take responsibility. I hope others can see how unprofessional this place is.

Country Chrysler always goes above and beyond in the service department. They put on some new rims and tires and diagnosed some other issues with the truck. Always 5☆ service.
We had a pleasant experience buying our truck here, all thanks to Ken Paget. He was respectful of our time, answered every question honestly and listened closely to what we needed/wanted. If you want a smooth, honest and zero pressure vehicle buying experience, contact Ken!
I recently reached out for a quote on fixing my window. Tasha was the person to answer the phone. She wasted my time asking me to change my google review or they won’t help me fix my window. This place is an absolute joke and Tasha doesn’t deserve a job here she is terrible at her job. I brought my truck in because I had locked lug nuts i thought it would be a quick and easy job for them to do. My aluminum wheels got badly scratched up and they broke 2 of my wheel studs.
